Return One, Get One Free. You’ll receive one free in-store movie rental for each online DVD you bring into the store*. Get the Next Title from Your Queue – Faster. Once you return a title to the participating store, it’s as good as checked in! The next available movie in your Queue can be shipped. That means you should generally get your movie a day faster than if you dropped it in the mail yourself. Queue Updates. Returned movies stay in the shipped section of your Queue until the DVD is physically received at our distribution center. This may take one to two days after you return the movie at your local store, but your next available movie will already have been shipped. How do you know BLOCKBUSTER Total Access is working? You may get email notification of the next movie being shipped PRIOR to receiving the email stating that we RECEIVED the movie you returned to the store. Your Queue may show more movies shipped than your plan allows. For example, you may have a 3-out plan and show 4 movies shipped.
